Triphala is blend of 3 ancient fruits Amalaki, Haritaki and Bibhitaki that has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to help support Digestion. It has also been traditionally used for Rasayana, a rejuvenation tonic to support longevity, vitality, wellbeing, and detoxification tonic.
Traditionally used in Ayuvedic medicine to help:
– Relief of occasional constipation
– Relieve mild abdominal pain and flatulence
– Rejuvenation
– Relieve mild heart burn associated with non-specific indigestion
– As a digestive tonic to promote digestive ‘fire’, support appetite and aid digestion
How to use
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily.

Terminalia bellirica fruit pericarp ext. dry conc. Equiv. to dry fruit pericarp 500mg
Phyllanthus emblica fruit ext. dry conc. Equiv. to dry fruit 1.5g (1500mg)
Warnings
