How to use

For oral administration. Adults and children over 12 years: Take two tablets swallowed whole at bedtime for a bowel action the next morning, or half an hour before breakfast for an effect in 6 to 8 hours. Children aged 6 to 12 years: Take one tablet swallowed whole at bedtime for a bowel action the next morning, or half an hour before breakfast for an effect in 6 to 8 hours.
