How to use
Adults – Take 1 or 2 tablets at night before retiring. Increase to up to 4 tablets if required. Not suitable for under 12 years of age.
Ingredients
Contains Docusate Sodium 50mg and Total Sennosides (calculated as Sennosides B) 8mg.
Warnings
Drink plenty of water and increase fibre intake. Prolonged use of any laxative is undesirable and may lead to dependence. Consult your Doctor if constipation persists.
