Fess Nasal Defence helps moisturise your nose, which helps guard against airborne infections, such as the common cold, handy for when you’re catching public transport or are in other crowded areas.

How to use
Direct the nozzle into your right nostril. Aim slightly back and out towards the top of your right ear. Fully depress the pump. Repeat in the left nostril.
Fess Nasal Defence Nasal Spray is non-medicated, it can be used as often as necessary.
We recommend the following usage:
Adults: 2-6 sprays per nostril

Sodium chloride 9 mg/mL, Benzalkonium chloride as a preservative, Melaleuca (Tea Tree) oil as fragrance

Fess Nasal Defence, due to the tea-tree oil fragrance, is not recommended for children For children use FESS Children’s Nasal Spray.
