Passionflower is used traditionally in Western Herbal Medicine a as a calming herb to help relieve nervous restlessness, insomnia and mild anxiety.

How to use

Adults: 1 metric teaspoon (5ml) 1-2 times per day or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner. Best taken before bed. Dilute in a small amount of water or juice, or simply consume as is.
