In Essence ie: Headache Essential Oil Blend is a relieving blend of 100% pure Lemon, Lavender, Peppermint & Lime essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the relief of symptoms of headaches & mild migraines, sinusitis, nausea, nervous tension & sleeplessness.
How to use
Apply small amount as required up to 6 times per day to abdomen, chest and back, or to wrist and inhale.

Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia) herb top flowering 400mcL/mL
Lime (Citrus Aurantifolia) fruit peel 200mcL/mL
Peppermint (Mentha X Piperita) leaf 150mcL/mL.
