How to use
Adults take 2g (approx. 1/2 metric teaspoon) and children 2 to 12 years take 1g (approx. 1/4 metric teaspoon) once daily in water or juice or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Safe during pregnancy and lactation.

Warnings
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) intakes exceeding 2-3g/day may produce gastrointestinal symptoms in some people. For those who have had kidney stones, amounts greater than 1000mg daily may increase the risk of kidney stone recurrence.
