How to use
Recommended dosage: Adults: Take one capsule two times a day, or as professionally prescribed.
Ingredients
Each vegetable capsule contains herbal ext. dry conc. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) KSM-66 root 300mg, dry equiv. 3g, Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) root 83.33mg, dry equiv. 1.25g. Plus: Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 100mg, Zinc (as zinc glycinate monohydrate) 7.5mg, Colecalciferol (vitamin D3 300IU) 7.5 micrograms.
