Vitamin D is important for both pregnant women and nursing infants, particularly in the first few months of life. Factors such as sunlight exposure, diet, maternal vitamin D levels and exclusive breastfeeding can be influential in the vitamin D status of infants. Infants who are breastfed may require vitamin D supplementation to maintain adequate vitamin D levels.
No added lactose, gluten, yeast, egg, artificial colours, artificial flavours or artificial sweeteners. Free from Gluten and Peanuts.
How to use
Infant Dosage: Up to 12 months: 0.5 mL daily (200 IU) 12 months +: 1 mL daily (400 IU) Or as directed by a healthcare professional. Rinse the enclosed dosing device with hot water before and after each use. Measure the recommended amount in the dosing device. Administer directly into baby’s mouth or add to milk, water or food.
Store below 25C in a cool, dry place. Shake well before each use. Refrigerate after opening. Once opened, use within 3 months. Do not use if cap seal is broken.
